RARH.
this morning i was happily doing my notes as i was doing my reading.
then just as i saved my document my laptop SHUT DOWN! like just blanked!
and then i realised it was my charger that was faulty, so i had to go down to wheelock to change it.
luckily it was under warranty still.
and they din have it in stock so i have to go back down on either tues or wed to get it.

but seriously! i was super irritated, it just spoilt for no reason at all. like what?!

because when i use mac, i don have the option of 'rich text' to put pictures in.

following my trip to the apple centre, i went to isetan to walk around while waiting for my parents.
we were going to longbeach @ dempsey for my belated bday dinner.
and i saw a really cute top which i wanted :( it was dark blue with cute little apples all over it in babydoll cut.
and it was only 19! :(
ah wells. maybe on wed.
and i saw the new lincoln rhyme's book by jeffrey deaver and the new janet evanovich book too!
but if i buy i'll wanna read till the end and school has started so i cant :( sobss.

havent blogged in superr long!
went to vietnam frm 19th - 21th july,
so i shall do a peekchure post!


we had to transit at cambodia so here we are at siam reap airport!

the fried sotong on the left was my fave dish, it was TRES TRES GOOD! the lobsters were good too, v. fresh and sweet!

 
the vermicelli was a tad bit salty but the fish was good too! yay for fresh seafood (:

after tt we were waiting for a cab to take back to our resort, and we had to wait like HALF AN HR.
thr were other pple who called cabs too but then thr was no queue line so everybody just grabbed whatever cab tt came!
my mom got a lil pissed cuz the restaurant called a cab for us but then pple grabbed it.
so the waiter guy had to go falg down one, and he refused a tip frm my mom!
saying it was his job. have nv seen anyone refuse a tip so far man. was impressed.



DAY TWO


I WENT KAYAKINGGG.
hahahha. my dad & i were the ONLY TWO people who were doing any sea sports!
and why? cuz we were the only two silly pple who dared to do it under the scorching sun!
the temp was about 35-36degrees la! BURNINGG.
only kayaked for one hr and was badly burnt! im still peeling now :(

 
off we went!

I CAPSIZED. hahaha. can u see the pic on the left my kayak is white? 
cuz it was the UNDERSIDE. 
hahaha. and both the lifeguards were rushing to help me!
you see, the waves were rolling towards the shore so i kept paddling towards the sea,
and the waves kept brging me back to shore! IRRITATING LA.
and some of the waves are quite big.
and so i was pushed back to shore again, then when i was trying to push back put to sea,
i saw a big wave coming towards me.
hahaha. and my thought was AIYA CRAP LA.
i went kayaking before so i wasnt really panicky, more of resignation tt i was gg to get all wet!
hahahha. i think the lifeguards muz thk im weird for i was sputtering and laughing when they came to help me.
after tt nothing else major happend, went further out to the sea whr the waves werent so strong tt we wld keep getting pushed to shore!


then i soaked my tired limbs in the jacuzzi, i got brusies frm the kayak which kept
banging into me when i was draging it back to shore after we were done!
haha, my dad made it look so easy using his leg to stop it frm slidding back to the waters,
and thr i was trying to push it back up, and it kept slidding back down and hitting my leg!
GRRR.

 
after tt we went back to bathe then we took the resort's shuttle bus to a place called hoi an!
the blue bus is the resort bus, and we were alighted here! (:

 
and i went shoe shopping!
hahaha. they had all those gladiator shoes la, i was so surprised!
and they are all handmade!
like u try on the sample they have, then they were make it according to yr feet size!
so good right!hahaha.

more than half the shops there sell either shoes or clothes.
and both are made-to-order!

 

 
my mom choosing bags to buy back for pple and me feelng very warm and painful from my sunburn!
we were all perspiring like crazyyy cuz the sun was burning hot!
and i was feeling worse as my moisturiser i put on was dripping off and my surburn was painful! :(

 

 

 

 

 

 




DAY THREE

we then went to have korean food for lunch on our last day!
it was just beside the 4U Restaurant we went on our first night!
the spicy tofu thg on the left was very good!

so it is authentic!hahaha.
then we headed off into danang city.

 
the pic on the left was super shocking &hilarious!
we were in their one and only shopping centre, and while we were walking ard,
i saw a lady pushing a trolley FULL OF FRENCH LOAFS out of the mall!
and they started sellingi t just outside the enterance!
hahaha.i was transfixed by the sight!
then we realised the supermarket inside was having a baguette sale, one for 30cents!
and we went to buy 2 for my grandma who wanted it!

the coffee joint we were chillaxing in, my dad's pineapple crush drink!
i had a hazelnut frapp and it was gooddd.
makes me wanna have some now :(

 
there were more motorbikes and bicycles than cars i tell u!
and the road was organized chaos. serioously.
they cut into oncoming lanes, travel in all directions but no accidents!
was really blown away by their driving i tell u.

wah i took super long to type this whole thing out man.
was doing this in between bidding for my modules, discussing it with frds, eating my lunch!
and all so tt my bro in milan can see the pics!
so u better get me more than the shades for my bday!

it has been a relaxing xmas so far!hahaha.just woke up not too long ago from sleeping..was super tired when i came home man!hahhah.had xmax servce this morning at church and S gave J and i each a pair of imitation havainaas which she bought when she went for her trip and i was like surprised there was imitations for tt!hahah.shall go bkk and see if they have too! and then went to boon tong kee with my parents to have lunch and had chee cheong fun..and i still want some more!hahahha.then headed over to the ntuc finest at BTP and had fun just walking ard..love walking ard supermarkets!then headed home to crash!hahaha.
yesterday was a rush rush day!went to meet swi at orchard yesterday as aunt lucy asked her to get last min presents and man, orchard was like pack i tell u!never ever go to orchard on an eve unless you love crowds which i absolutely dislike!we went to pac plaza and i saw nice wallets and purses but have to save $$ :( im like gg to spend more than i had this month man! :(
then jiet came down to meet us and we walked to taka and bought some stuff.wanted to get a log cake for A's family but then it was like all reserved and the cakes would only come at ard 4 or 5pm and i had to leave orchard alr!so S suggested wine and it was a good idea since their family did enjoy wine!
then after i got the wine S and i headed to church to get ready for the play again.was like super sian/stoned/tired when we got to church.slacked ard till it was time for make-up then i did for the girls then left to go to my grandma's place for dinner with the rest of the family!oh ya..S had nice green eyeshadow and she was horrified by it but i lurrrve it!hahaha.
had steamboat at my grandma's place as usual for xmas and wasnt very hungry..hahaha.wasnt hungry the whole day la!the dinner the night before was still being digested!hahah.din eat much..then had konyaku jelly and nata decoco!we played some games which was quite funny!hahhaa.even my grandad joined in at one point!hahaha.then got our xmas vouchers from everyone!and headed home after that!
yup, tt was my 2days of fun-filled activities!

rarh.im having indigestion from my moment of gluttony!hahaha.i ate like superrr alot for dinner just now la!i ate like aplate of fried rice and took some from joy too!hahahha.and all because i was so so hungry!i think there's like something wrong with me.im always either super hungry or very full..nv in the middle.hmm.

havent been doing much the past few days as i was kinda sick...and whenever i eat the flu med i would just really konk out and wake up feeling very weak which totally suck!and and and i watch coffee prince!hahahha.it's quite ok la,not as great as 'wo shi jin san shun' but ok! :) finishing it soon so i wld have to find something else to watch...maybe gossip girl since swi said it was not bad!hahaha.

oh and today's first showing of the play was not bad, was better than the rehearsal yesterday..really thank God for that!and it was still quite funny tho watched it a few times during rehearsals and stuff!so pray that tmr's one wld be ok too! oh ya and the guys keep asking me y im not in the play and tt i shld be in the groupies (bimbos) role with swi!hahahhaha..stupid boys.always making fun of me.and i discovered something superrrr amazing today!iwans can run...like really really really fast! wah he looks so round round but man!hahahha.we were like at jp then walking towards the 174 stand at the interchange when the bus passed us and alfred and william decided to run for the bus so damo,iwans and i had no choice but to run too...then at first it was like slow then suddenly both alf&will chiong and everyone did and iwans managed to run faster than all of us!allof us i tell you!hahhaha.wah it was a superrrr funny sight la!and i was like laughing like mad and quite loudly too and trying to run at the same time!hahahhaha.it was a sight to behold!

then met LQ. JH and V at coffeebean westmall for a catch-up session!hahahha.it was quite fun just sitting there and drinking mocha and talking and laughing and planning our cheap cheap investments!hahahhaha.it was great fun catching up with them :)

just video called my bro...now i feel melancholic.sighs.i wish A was here so tt i can talk to him for awhile.
i miss my weirdo bro :( 
but on the bright side, he can buy h&m stuff and other italian stuff for me :) :) shall save up so tt he can buy the branded goods for me over there at the end of the yr!

im so super full tt i really feel like puking.crap.

A just left today for vietnam with his family :( hahhaa.ok la, at least he's out of camp and able to enjoy himself! :) 
today was such a rainy rainy day and so nice to laze ard in bed!which i really did,hahhaha and probably wont be able to slp early tonight since i slept like so long in the afternoon!
oh ya, and this morning it was raining very heavily and there was a blackout at home!i knew cuz my air-con went off, and i tot my parents wld do something abt it but then i rmbed they went out early to have breakfast!and since i couldnt be bothered to drag myself out of bed to the circuit box, i just went back to slp till like 11plus!hahahha.and when i cheacked the fridge, everything was still cold and the ice still ice so luckily i wouldnt get scolded!hahaha.spent the rest of the day reading and lazing ard which i so love to do! :)
spent the past 2 days with A, we went to watch Alvin and the Chipminks on monday and i tell u he is absolutely nuts about it!it was like he's second time watching it when we went on monday!hahhaha.it was quite cute la, like enchanted the storyline was blah but it was cute :)
then we went to his place for dinner to save $$.ahhaha..and played ps3 with him.ah i tell u that thing is indeed superrr addictive la!i played htis game called time crisis 4 which was a shooting game, i totally sucked at it but it was really fun! though i wld not tell him!ahhaha,or we wld be spending alot of time playing it!played till like 11pm then headed home.
then on tues i went over to his plc again cuz i left something at his plc, ended up staying for dinner and playing ps3 again!hahhaha.he so wanted to play this game called resistance with me so i did though i tell you i was like totally awful in it!much worse than time crisis!hahahha.in time crisis was only a gun, this was like the controller with a million and one buttons!and 2 joysticks!hahhahah.i kept getting lost and he had to wait for me!and it was superr funny cuz i wld hide while he killed the bad guys!Hahhahahha.basiccally i was useless!
so as to let the game be more interesting i asked his dad to play and so tt i can avoid further humiliation!hahhaha.and they were good la!hahhaha.makes me wanna have a ps3 at home,but my parents wld nv get one la,it's not them.hahaha.
oh and JH im super super sorry but i cant join u all on sat....really want to but i cant!cuz i've got a hike which i gotta go for earlyin the morn as im part of a church camp, then after tt i got a camp meeting and then i might have a singing practice for church..if i do meet u all, it wld most probably be at night :( but u all enjoy urself ok! :) i shall end off with a pic of my young cousin who came over to my plc on sunday!

i've been spending way too much for someone who's saving up to splurge on her bkk trip!hahaha. 
on sat i was out with J and we went flea marketing!we went to the fash bash at st james and man was it an atas flea market!hahaha.like some of them long dresses were like $1000+ or $700+ before discount!like even if it was 50% off it was still way ex!hahaha.but it was quite fun, i mean like seeing what the fash bash was like!and i got a vintage dress..it's like slightly above the knee and it's dark blue with mini polka dots and this scarf-ish thing which i could tie into a ribbon or a knotty thing!hahaha.yaythen we went to vivo to walk ard a lil before heading to our nxt destination!
the nxt flea market which we went to was at HomeClub at clark quay area.hahahha.it was like raining and we were sharing one brolly, getting lost and singing horribly in the rain!we were having wet fun even without shopping!ahahha.but we did manage to find our way there and i din really get anything there cuz i was lazy to dig alr...but J bought a few stuff!the we went to the central to walk ard a little..we went to gobi desserts and they let us sample their apricot chocolate cake which was superrr good man!hahaha.was so tempted to buy and it!but then it was a lil pricey.then we went to full house downstairs to grab a bite and drink..we talked and laughed so much there man...was thinking to be home for dinner ard 7plus but only got hime ard 10plus!hahaha.so much laughing and talking we did!

on sunday i went to faith methodist church with A and really enojoyed it!their worship was good, i liked it that it was longer compared to ours and their sermon on that sunday was pretty good too, quite intereting and relevant!learnt quite abit!would think about going there sometimes!then headed to ikea to have meatballs and salmon and then it was home to sleep! :)

going to meet A for movie later...so got to go shower and stuff!byes :)

i just watched high school musical 2!hahahha.very slow yes but then i only watched it as i was bored of watch k dramas!hahahha.it was ok, i def prefer hairspray more!and i still don like zac efron..he's too much of a pretty boy and a lil effeminate(?)...hahah.wanted to laugh when i watch im dance la!
totally love the hols when i can just laze around at home and do nothing..or watch shows!and love it when it rains and i can just get under my comforter with a book and a warm drink!ahhhh.life is good!hahhaha.until uni starts again :( goawaygoaway!
